Dwyane Wade Promises Tickets To Fan Who Traveled 455 Miles To See Him On The Cavs
Well, doesn’t this just suck.
While some fans have their favorite team they love to follow, most fans have a favorite player. Just hours before the trade deadline, the Cleveland Cavaliers dealt guard Dwyane Wade to the Miami Heat and that loomed terrible for one such fan.
He had purchased tickets back in November to see Wade play against the OKC Thunder, not knowing he would be traded away just days before the game happened. Twitter user Nick Houston was bummed out to attend the game, knowing full well Wade wouldn’t be out there. He even wrote on his sign, “Bought my ticket in November, drove 455 miles to see D-Wade play…Heat ticket?”

In the end, everything worked out because Wade eventually saw the post and promised to give him tickets to an upcoming Miami Heat game.
If Someone can track this guy down. I’ll make sure he gets tickets to a game this season https://t.co/9Dqq8YZ85T
