Liverpool Player Uses Rehab Game as Opportunity to Strangle Opponent (VIDEO)
Coming back from an injury can be a frustrating, grueling experience, especially for a pro athlete. However, that does NOT give them the right to lash out at their opponents, no matter how difficult their season has been.
Adam Lallana is a Liverpool midfielder who’s been sidelined for four months with an injury, and in a rehab game with the club’s u-23 team, he just snapped.
In the 63rd minute, he choked the opposing team’s captain, George Marsh of Tottenham. It merits noting that Marsh is 19 years old.
Here’s the fun clip:

Maybe get him a shrink as part of his rehab, too?
Somehow, Lallana won’t face a Premiere League ban for his actions, but he could get banned from U-23 games because, well, you just can’t go around choking people.
