The year 2017 will be best remembered for the #MeToo movement that shook up Hollywood and society as a whole while encouraging women to come forward about stories of sexual harassment and misconduct in the workplace. It was a great movement as it continues to shed light on how horrible women are treated by men with power.

It’s sort of hard to not know about the movement here in America, but somehow Floyd Mayweather was unaware of it. During an interview with Men’s Health, the retired pro boxer made light of the situation when asked about it, later claiming he didn’t know what it was.

“When you say ‘me too’, my thing is this. Somebody be like ‘Oh I got a Rolls Royce,” I be like ‘me too.’” he said, “When somebody say they got a private jet, I say, ‘Me too. I got two. Me too.’”

The reporter awkwardly laughed while trying to tell him that the “Me Too” movement she was speaking of wasn’t the same at all.

“Well, I didn’t know! My Me Too movement from the beginning was whenever somebody said what they have I’m like, “me too.” Somebody say they got a billion dollars, I say, “I made a billion dollars, me too,” he continued.

The Breakfast Club’s Charlamagne Tha God was having none of that nonsense. Once he heard the clip, he already had a candidate for his prestigious ‘Donkey of The Day’ award.

“Are you Floyd ‘Money’ Mayweather or Floyd ‘Moron’ Mayweather? I wonder how it feels to be so rich and so disconnected from regular, everyday people that I don’t have to care about the problems of others. Floyd clearly has a sense of privilege, but my brother, you’ve got daughters, so you should care about the #MeToo movement.”
